Only full original papers are solicited for review. All submitted proposals will be reviewed by at least two experts in the specialty of the paper, and only papers accepted by peer referees will appear in the conference proceedings. Papers will be accepted based on significance of work, originality, technical content, interest to a wide audience and clarity of presentation.
All papers submitted to this conference will be peer-reviewed. All accepted papers will be published in the
IEEE Xplore digital library. Also. extended versions of selected best papers may
be published as chapters in edited book to be published by Rivers Publishers, Denmark or IGI Global, USA.
Authors interested in any of these projects should indicate so at the time of their submissions.

Paper Submission Guidelines
All ICAST technical paper presenters must register at the FULL conference rate before the early-bird registration deadline as otherwise
their papers may not be included in the proceedings. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three (3) papers.
The format for the manuscript must satisfy the following requirements:
NOTE: There will NOT be enough time between acceptance/rejection notification & CRV submission deadline. Hence, authors
are advised to submit their contributions for review following closely the format requirements of the IEEE as per the Template.
All manuscripts submitted for review should comply with IEEExplore format to save time should the paper be accepted for presentation at the conference.
The paper must follow the two-column format Template.doc or Template.doc
or template.pdf with the
maximum length of 6 pages (A4, single line spacing, 10pt font). However, ICAST will accept up to 10 A4 pages.
The extra pages exceeding the 6-page limit shall be charged at USD100 per page. in addition to the standard registration fee.
The paper must begin with an abstract of not more than 200 words, including 3 to 5 keywords at the end of the abstract.
Only FULL PAPERS are accepted for review, and papers must comply with the recommended formatting guidelines
Submitted papers should be original and must have not been published nor submitted for review/publication to any other editorial.
Papers must be written in clear English language
Papers in excess of 6 pages will be charged an over-length fee of US$50 per extra page. Papers in excess of 10 pages will not be considered for conference review.
All figures, tables, references, etc. are included in the page limit, and must be placed in the appropriate positions in the body of the paper.
Papers must be submitted in MS Word or in Portable Document Format (PDF). The CRV of the paper MUST NOT have any page numbering.
Double-blind review: Please do NOT put your name or affiliations on the paper(s) that you submit for review to ensure fair ratings.
