Part-Time Lecturers & Learning Facilitators

We invite suitably qualified applicants for the position of lecturers and learning facilitators for our students distributed over the regions of Ghana. Prospective applicants are expected to possess a minimum of a Masters degree in the fields/subjects they propose to handle. Remuneration depends on the number of students taking a subject as we have a fixed payment per subject per student. The positions are open until filled

Administrative Officers

We are currently seeking two enthusiastic persons, one for our office in Kumasi & the other for our office in Accra, to to work as administrative officers.

Person Specification:

• Lead our marketing team
• Be able to work with basic office machines: fax, copier, computer, binding machine, scanner, etc.
• Good computer literate
• Excellent communication skills & demonstrated ability to build rapport with people
• Demonstrated ability to be responsive, punctual and explore & learn new things by self
• Motivation, self-initiative, ability to work efficiently alone & in teams
• Ability to adapt to changing company environment and duties
• Desirable: Work experience in the office environment
• Desirable: HND or bachelor degree in Marketing, Business/Public Administration, Management, Academic Counselling or related areas

Duties:

It is anticipated that duties may change over time as common with any viable modern business. We also provide an environment for the successful applications to progress professionlly to assume higher level positions. The basic tasks include:

• Student administration
• Student counselling
• Liaise with our partner institutes
• Standard office administrative & secretarial tasks
• Help with the marketing of our degree programs & other services and products
• Help students with enrolment & online submission of homework to Australia
• Etc.

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable, depending on the successful applicants' backgrounds. Salary comprises (a) basic salary and (b) bonus based on performance
